Pensioners are the most financially vulnerable category of citizens. Every year the Government introduces new amendments aimed at improving their well-being, and during a pandemic, preserving their health. In 2020, a number of changes were introduced in the legislation: restrictions on the validity of travel cards, changes in the procedure for calculating taxes, as well as innovations in payment for housing and communal services.
